Mr. Cable is from the Center for American Cultural Renewal.  The header from their webpage tells you much about their agenda, I think.  With a compassed focused due north from Vermont should put them at the end of Quebec in Ungava Bay.  Which raises curious questions in my mind about how they will revamp their goals floating around frigid waters…..
