As folks who are told all the time that we aren’t worth loving, letting people love us, and letting that love transform us, is a revolutionary act.
When we let another human being love us exactly as we are, when we let that love into our hearts, when we inhale it, and wallow in it, and let it scrub away the self-hatred and fear, we are born again.
Love without restraint. Let another love you without reservation.

i was wondering… how exactly do you love without restraint? i’ve been trying to for so long, but i’ve got it’s definition mixed up. are there rules?
